-Please allow at least 48-72 business hours for delivery/scheduled pick-up of your order.

-Orders placed on weekend days (Saturday/Sunday) will start processing on the next business day (Monday).

-There is a $15 RUSH ORDER fee applied to ALL orders needed before our 48-72 business hours time frame.

-Bel Kreyol works extremely hard to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We are confident in the products that we sell, there is a NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE POLICY applied to all of our products.
